The minimum number of Neurofeedback sessions recommended is 20. This is based on science backed evidence and our years of experience showing that it takes at least 20 sessions to lock new patterns into the brain and create enough momentum for permanent, impactful change.

Most clients pursue more sessions in order to rewire multiple cortexes of the brain and eliminate or enhance many areas of life. Only one cortex can be trained at a time ex. 20 neurofeedback sessions at the pre frontal cortex and 20 neurofeedback sessions at the parietal cortex. For this reason, our most popular payment options are our discounted session packages so you can do as many sessions as you need to be your best.
